Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

You don’t need to create a Beatcode account to learn. Optional Game Center features use your Apple Account. Beatcode has no ads and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Your learning stays on your devices

Your progress, practice history, achievements and settings are stored on your iPhone and shared only with Beatcode’s widgets and, if you use it, the Beatcode app on your Apple Watch. They’re never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes them, and you can erase them at any time in Settings.

Purchases go through Apple

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your name, email address or payment details. The app asks the App Store, on your device, whether your subscription is active, and remembers the answer on your devices so it works offline. Apple’s handling of your purchase is covered by Apple’s privacy policy.

Subscription analytics

To understand how subscriptions are doing, we share a record of each purchase or restore with a service provider that measures subscriptions for us. Apple also notifies that provider about renewals, cancellations and refunds. A record includes details such as the plan, price, currency, dates and App Store country, along with a random identifier created only for this purpose.

These records aren’t linked to your name, email address, Apple Account or device identifiers. They’re used to keep subscription records accurate and to understand our business, never for advertising or tracking, and they contain nothing about what you learn. Our service providers process them only on our behalf and must protect them at least as well as this policy does.

Optional Apple features

If you sign in to Game Center, your achievements and scores are shared with Apple’s Game Center so you can compare them with friends. If you turn on reminders, iOS schedules them on your device. These are Apple services, covered by Apple’s privacy policy.

How long we keep data

Data on your devices stays until you erase it or delete the app. We keep subscription records only as long as we need them for reporting and accounting. Because they use a random identifier rather than anything that identifies you, we usually can’t match them to a person, but you can contact us with any request about your data.

Children

Beatcode doesn’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
